Mold manufacturing

1. We create preliminary 3D designs and drawings based on the customer’s ideas and expectations.
2. Once the drawings and project are approved, we proceed to structural calculations, the force model and the final prototype.
3. We manufacture test molds and produce pilot bottles.
4. After prototype approval, we begin manufacturing the approved molds.
5. We ship the molds to our customers’ factories, then support mold installation and the production of new packaging.

International sales

We bring our Turkish-made molds to international buyers and manage commercial discussions through Moldtrade.

Project coordination

We clarify technical expectations, quotation scope and delivery terms together at the start of your project.
